Position Summary

The Account Strategy Lab program is a project within Deloitte’s ‘Evolve our go-to-market (GTM) models’ shared agenda and is part of Client Excellence in the Client and Market Growth (CMG) organization. Account Strategy Labs are intended to develop a more systematic and institutionalized approach that accelerates growth and enables account teams to deliver in a more integrated manner to solve client issues. Each lab defines account expectations and outcomes, governance over the cadence of refreshing strategies, and the support resources and tools for account teams to leverage when defining their long-term growth strategy. The program is focused on our highest opportunity accounts resulting in a shared focus on winning together and delivering the best of the firm. The Lab Producer provides Advantaged Client Portfolio account teams with an impactful experience through the entire lab process by supporting lab development, participating in lab sessions, and engaging with account teams. 

Work you’ll do


  • Coordinate with account team representative and GX Lab Producer to plan and prepare all requirements for lab execution
  • Manage logistics and provide operational support and underlying project management for assigned labs, which includes setting up calls, managing account teams through prep work, supporting the preparation of lab materials and setting up of lab environment (virtual)
  • Develop and analyze pre-lab survey
  • Support Lab Facilitator in pre-lab meetings
  • Collect relevant account and industry information to support the development of the draft account strategy, possibilities, and key relationships profile

During Lab

  • Share screen during lab session and navigate Mural/PowerPoint
  • Finalize and provide account team representative with lab homework materials to distribute
  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills and facilitate breakout rooms


  • Distribute post-lab survey; track and analyze data
  • Support comprehensive documentation for each lab, which includes synthesizing notes and discussions and organizing lab information for the documentation process
  • Participate in follow-up calls to gather participant feedback


  • Create Teams channel and ensure all documents are saved and up-to-date in channel
  • Work collaboratively with GX team members to provide a high-quality lab experience
  • Support stakeholder reporting and performance measurement efforts, working closely with PMO to respond to reporting requests and other ad-hoc operational efforts
  • Participate in lab delivery on an ongoing basis
  • Promote lab sessions when interacting with account teams in support of Strategy Lab program goals


  • Minimum 5+ years in professional services related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to synthesize group discussions into concise bullets and help steer abstract dialogue into actionable themes
  • Self-starter, capable of working independently, proactively and operating effectively in ambiguity
  • Detailed-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and work across multiple workstreams
  • Executive presence, as well as strong written and oral skills
  • Manages risks, knowing when to escalate issues to PMO and Lab Facilitator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications including excellence PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Mural a plus
  • Travel up to 20% (while 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
  • Interest and experience with analytical methods and tools, including data visualization are desirable Knowledge of Deloitte terminology and ability to navigate matrixed organization
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
