UI/ UX Designer

ConvergeHEALTH M2M (Spark for Clinical) is an integrated SaaS offering that help leading Life Sciences companies reimagine their Clinical Data Flow capabilities. High Level Role

As a UI/ UX designer, you will play a critical role in design of user interface and experience layers of M2M (Spark for Clinical) asset. The right candidate shall ensure that all elements of the user experience are optimized/ tailored for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.   

  • Gather (Interviews, research plan) and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owner, business analysts and marketing team.
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Design, align and deliver user journey maps
  • Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets; Build page navigation buttons and search fields
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and image
  • Ensure alignment/ reusability between different M2M assets/ offerings

 Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from a top-tier university; Advanced Degree is a plus – equivalent work experience may act as a substitute to degree requirements
  • 5+ years of building product design leveraging Design Thinking and Goal Directed Design methodology
  • Experience in developing web application using latest UI technology
  • Extensive experience in developing web application using technologies such as React JS, HTML5, CSS3
  • Experience in developing responsive web application using Bootstrap
  • Experience in designing low level wireframes using tools such as Sketch App, Figma App
  • Experience in developing stories out of wireframes provided for developing screen
  • Experience in planning and development of new component/enhancing features and defect fixing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic, passionate team-oriented personality and working style
  • Proven ability to successfully partner with internal stakeholders from various parts of the organization and drive successful outcomes cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%) periodically – as future will allow given current COVID19 restrictions

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in new product development from ideation specification
  • Experience crafting impactful PowerPoint presentations
