The GPS Human Services Transformation offering designs and implements large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies across federal, state, and local government agencies as well as higher education institutions. With end-users, customers, and workers at the center, we collaborate with our clients to deliver quality human services and work to support individuals in need. Some areas that we focus on include Children Services, Eligibility & Enrollment, Child Support Enforcement, and Labor & Workforce Development.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3 or more years of consulting and /or industry experience
- 3 years of experience working as an Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) Administrator / Developer
- 3 years of experience in development including experience using OPA features such as inclusions, checkpoints, collaboration, and automation of OPA / Support Maintain with OPA applications in various environments
- 3 years of experience in design and development using Microsoft Word and Excel plugins for OPA
- 3 years of experience in deploying OPA rule bases in a large integrated environment
- 3 years of experience of test driven development
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Experience of working in health and human services project including integrated eligibility, SNAP/TANF, Medicaid Eligibility Determination projects, Child Care, and long term supports and services
- Strong knowledge of web services (including WSDL development)
- Strong understanding of how OPA communicates via APIs and Web Services to other systems
- Strong knowledge of service-oriented architectures (SOA)
- Good knowledge of relational databases including specifically Oracle with SQL - PL/SQL), XML, SOAP/REST, Java, JavaScript, Spring, JSP, Hibernate, and JDBC
- Experience using Atlassian ALM tools including Jira, Bit-Bucket, Bamboo, Fish-Eye, Crucible
- Ability to understand methodologies and tools used for delivery and display a passion to follow and devise processes for improving quality
