Work you’ll do
- Identifying strategic HR needs, defining business function roles and accountabilities, establishing HR measures, and developing/administering HR programs and policies
- Developing strategies for HR systems, tools and technologies and developing a human capital service delivery plan
- Workforce planning activities to identify and address the gaps between the workforce of today and the human capital needs of tomorrow (i.e., size, type, experience, knowledge, skills, competencies, etc.)
- Developing strategies for client succession management to assist with strengthen current and future organization leadership

Qualifications
Required:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- 3-7 years of Human Capital experience
Preferred:
- Experience developing and delivering support for Organization-wide Human Capital Strategy is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
